Partner Management
Partnership programs allow Logic System and the Partner to have transparency in business transaction, roles and responsibility, commission matrix, and client management.
A partner agreement is a legal agreement entered by two parties for the purposes of referring new business leads and clients in exchange for commissions. The partner will agree to refer potential business leads to a Logic System, and if the lead produces a sale, the partner will be paid a commission based on the engagement modal. Partner agreements can be complicated because the contract must differentiate between a qualified and unqualified lead. The contract must also define a payout period for completed referrals, include what the commission pay will be, and include terms that are beneficial to both parties
There would be three tiers of the Partner Program and Engagement with Logic System: Referral Partner, Licensing Partner, and Service Partner
- Referral Partner:Would refer a lead and get us connected to the stakeholder at the lead side. The referral partner just refers a lead and does not necessary carry any demo, meeting, or regular client visit for closures. They can open a gateway to convert the lead into a prospect. LS would invoice the client with the name of reference of referral partner. Referral partner would not be eligible to get any commission on AMC.
- Licensing Partner:The partner not only refers the lead, but also take care on initial product demo and services of LS. They take care of first level objection handling and queries from the lead. They would mature the lead or qualify the lead to make it a prospect. The LS would get a lead that has a good potential for closing a prospect. The Licensing partner also involves in demo, meeting, or regular client visit for closures. They walk with LS until the prospect is closed as sales. We would issue license in the name of client with the reference of the Partner. The requirement gathering, implementation, training, and consultancy would be provided by the LS. Licensing party may have an authority to raise a licensing invoice for licensing proposal to the Client. The service invoice would be raised by Logic system for Service Agreement. Licensing partner is not likely to get any commission on AMC.
- Service Partner:The partner registers the lead in their name. The partner is fully responsible for pitching initial demo, objection handling, client’s queries, product mapping, and initial requirement gathering. The partner would take limited and minimum assistance from LS in-order to close the lead. However, LS would provide required consultancy and services to Service Partner based on the value of the lead. Once the lead is converted to sales, the license is issued in the name of the Client through Service Partner. The implementation, Training, and First Level consultancy is provided by the service partner. The LS would engage with the service partner indirectly. The partner would represent LS with full competency and value-added services. The commission matrix of the sales is higher for the service partner.
